So guys, I'm in a rush right now to get to a party, and I just want to say that I failed!! :( My goal was to end the mini story on either New Year eve, (when Casey and Sammy first met!) or January 1st, and as you can tell, I'm wayy behind! Sorry about the let-down. :( Anyway, I'll TRY to post the next chapter tomorrow, if I'm not tired from partying! LOL jk.......So yeah, I also wanted to say that this will be my last post from 2010, and I wish you guys all a great end to 2010, and a great beginning to 2011!!! MINI STORY PART TRES!! (3)
Hey guys, before you read the story, I just wanna tell you that I know its random....haha I was just really bored one day and had this story in my head and typed everything that was in my head on Notepad before I forgot it. LOL. so here's the story, and don't hate me if its horrible..(Btw don't be surprised if this story goes nowhere and I just delete it!)

"Hey Casey!!" I yelled. Casey looked startled to see me.
"Oh, hey Sammy.." he said, obviously not in a good mood.
"What's up?!" I said. "Wanna play some softball?"
"Sureee, but first i have to tell you something.." he said.
Oh god, I hoped it wasn't going to be this serious.
"Okay, shoot. What's wrong Case?" I asked. I took a seat next to him on the bench as I started to unpack my softball things.
"Well, remember how I said before school ended, about how this summer we would spend alot of time together?"
It was true. Now that Casey and I were KINDA a couple, before the end of the year, Casey and I vowed that we would spend time together this summer since i probably wouldn't see him that much the next year since he was going to high school.
"Umm yesss.....?." I said. "Why?" I kinda predicted the next part.
"Well, right at the last minute, dad made a surprise announcement to me and Heather that we were going to be visiting relatives in Canada for the WHOLE summer. Seriously, from beginning to end." he said.
"Awwwww oh, well, umm okayy, well I understand, I mean, I am pretty dissapointed, but if you HAVE to go visit relatives, then I completely understand." I said. "And its not FOREVER, right?" I said, jokingly. I can't believe he was stressing so much about this, and how worried I was.
"Well theres a next part...." he said. He looked straight into my face with those eyes that I can never get over! But, for once, they looked sad. Then he continued. "Dad also told us about how we would be looking at some houses there. Something about how he couldn't take it here with all the drama of YOUR mom and MY dad, remember? And drama about Heather, and some other stuff." he said. "He told us he wants to start a new life there, start from scratch. Of course Heather and i protested, since Heather has all her friends here, and I have YOU, umm, and of course, my other friends... But dad has his mind pretty set." He said, looking like HE was about to cry.
Okay, now, my heart was racing like crazy. I didn't even notice that he emphasized the word YOU, because now a million thoughts were jumbling through my head. Casey, moving to Canada???!? I thought. No! This can't be! I'll never see him again, and-
"Sammy?" He said. "Are you okay?"
Problem was, I wasn't. I was starting to not breathe right, and everything on my body was hurting. The first time we were actually gonna spend time this summer as a couple, and then this surprise announcement was gonna change everything.
"Casey, I-" But I couldn't finish. I did something I regret doing. I ran away, away from the only thing in my life I cared about, I actually loved. I just couldn't think, so I ran, just kept running until I couldn't stop. I ran away so fast, I left my softball things on the bench at the park. Who cares? I'll just get them later. After a while, I ended up in front of my school. I looked at my school, and all the memories came rushing back. The good ones, the bad ones. Mostly the memories of the dance were rushing back. I was there for a pretty long time, just thinking, until it finally grew dark and I went home. As soon as I entered the apartment, Grams said:
"Samantha, Casey called you about three times this evening. Is there something wrong?" She asked.
"Oh, um, no, just something about Heather being in trouble again." I lied.
"Oh, well okay, he said to call him back later..." Grams said.
"Oh okay, I will." I said. But I didn't.
Grams went to her room. I just watched TV until like, 11:00, then crashed on the couch. The phone rang about two more times after I came home. But I ignored it. Talking to Casey would just make the feeling worse. I hoped for a long time that his dad would change his mind. And I mean, a LONG time.

MINI STORY PART 1!!!
~LAST DAY OF SCHOOL~
"It's CRAZY in here!!" I said.
It was the last day of school. For me and my friends, the last day of 7th grade. For Casey and his friends, the last day of 8th grade for them. It was 2:30 PM. Everyone was running around the school to see friends, sign yearbooks, get each other's numbers, etc.
Marissa, Dot, Holly, and I were just slowly walking through the school, just hanging out and stopping every so once in a while, just like we would do if we were at the mall. We stopped in one hallway, waiting for Dot to finish tying her shoe, when I felt hands on my shoulders.
"Hey." Casey said. His warm breath made me shiver up my spine and my whole body got that weird feeling again.
He was with his friends, Billy & Danny, as always.
"Heyyy Danny!" Marrisa said.
Oh no! Not this again! I thought.
"Uhh hi Marrisa.....?" replied Danny, obviously really uncomfortable.
There was an awkward silence when Billy broke the ice. Everyone was laughing but I didn't hear what he said 'cause Casey pulled me away from everyone and started whispering.
"Sammy, I have to tell you something REALLY important." He said.
"What is it?" I said, trying like crazy to not stare into those eyes and get distracted.
"Well....I-" He never got to finish though, because at that moment the bell rung. Not 1 minute after the bell rang did the halls start to get filled with cheers and yells.
"I'LL TELL YOU AFTER SCHOOL!" he yelled above the noise, "4:30 AT THE SOFTBALL DIAMOND!" then he disappeared into the crowd.
Well that was weird, I thought. He seemed nervous.....almost scared to say it. But then I shook it off my mind and walked out the doors with my friends.

~Holly~Lightish Hair, wears skater clothes, brown eyes
~Dot~Black Hair, beauty mark on face, curly hair, ordinary clothes.

WHICH SAMMY'S FRIENDS CAN YOU MOST RELATE TO??
SAMMY-The spunky, sarcastic, and very curious detective girl who's always working on a mystery. (If you pick this, you are a very curious and courageous person thats would always want a little fun in their lives)
MARISSA-Sammy's extremely rich best friend that isn't always the bravest, but always helps Sammy in times of need. (If you pick this, you'd rather go to the mall then solve mysteries, but you're stil a GREAT best friend)
HOLLY-The very loyal friend that would love to go solving mysteries with her friends, but not as much as Sammy would. She also works at the Pup Parlor. (If you pick this, then you are a very loyal friend, not always brave at times, and you love animals)
DOT- The very competitive friend that isn't always around all the time, but wouldn't kill to go on a mystery with her friends once in a while. She also has many siblings. (If you pick this, then you're probably a good friend to rely on, you love competition, and you either have many siblings, or more than one older brother.
HEATHER-The bee-otch of the school, and Sammy's archenemy. She tries so hard to get her way and somehow always manages to get Sammy in trouble. (If you pick this, then just do us a favor and go away :P)
CASEY-The really caring and honest guy friend of Sammy's. He loves to hang out with Sammy and is more than happy to go solving mysteries with her. His sister is Heather. (If you pick this.....well then every girl would be more than happy to go out with someone like you)
BILLY-The class clown and another one of Sammy's guy friends. (If you pick this, then you're a fun person to hang out out with and I'd like to be your friend.(: LMAO)
DANNY-The player of the school and not really one of Sammy's friends.......He's also Marissa's BIG TIME crush but has broken her heart many times. :'( (If you pick this, then......just go away too)

HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT SAMMY KEYES
How did I find out about Sammy Keyes? Well I noticed that alot of the guys in my class were reading Sammy Keyes. Even the ones who HATE reading. Finally one day I asked one of the boys what was so interesting about those books. He looked up and said, "'Cause they're mysteries!!" I knew there was more to it though. So the next trip to the library, I got the shortest book SK book I saw and checked it out. It was Sammy Keyes and the skeleton man. At first I thought Sammy was a guy, and was surprised when I realized it was a girl. I couldn't put down the book and read the whole thing from cover to end in about two days. The next trip to the library, I checked out all the books there were on the shelves. I kept wanting to read more, to find out what happened next. I fell in love with the books, and now I have read all of them except Sammy Keyes and the cold hard cash. I've even caused my sister to fall in love with the books now!
