HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT SAMMY KEYES
How did I find out about Sammy Keyes? Well I noticed that alot of the guys in my class were reading Sammy Keyes. Even the ones who HATE reading. Finally one day I asked one of the boys what was so interesting about those books. He looked up and said, "'Cause they're mysteries!!" I knew there was more to it though. So the next trip to the library, I got the shortest book SK book I saw and checked it out. It was Sammy Keyes and the skeleton man. At first I thought Sammy was a guy, and was surprised when I realized it was a girl. I couldn't put down the book and read the whole thing from cover to end in about two days. The next trip to the library, I checked out all the books there were on the shelves. I kept wanting to read more, to find out what happened next. I fell in love with the books, and now I have read all of them except Sammy Keyes and the cold hard cash. I've even caused my sister to fall in love with the books now!

OMG! CHC is awesome! I can't wait for the Wedding Crasher. You'll never believe what happens with Lana and Warren. I should'nt spoil it for you though. I've been reading SK since it came out in '97. That was the same year that I was born. I've been reaing since I was nine months and my cousin was visiting and I "borrowed" her SK book. I still have it. Where do you remember this from? "He wasn't as skinny as him. But he wasn't as fat as you."

ReplyDeleteYou're lucky. You have a sister that appreciates Sammy. My sister says things about Sammy that I would not like to repeat. She also knows that Casey's favorite color is green. So when I ask for something green, she's all "That's only because its CASEY'S favorite color!". But she says it spitefully. She also ruined allllll but one of my SK books. They were HARDCOVER!

ReplyDeletewell at first my sister was just like me. she kept asking what was so interesting about the SK books. she finally read one and now she wants to read all of them. and she's caused other people in her class to read them too!! and she's only in third grade!!

ReplyDeleteI KNOOOOw! But my sister hates to read. She wo't read ANYTHING! She dosent even read her homework. And CHC is AMAZING! Have you read the summary for the Wedding Crasher? "an almost boyfriend ducking her calls,". She's gonna be the bridesmaid in Officer Borcshe's wedding! His THIRD wedding! And the teacher thinks that Sammy is writing him threatening death notes. And WVD said that there'll be hints on who Sammy's dad is!
